What you will need
  • White Rice
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Celery

          Hey Guys! Today's recipe is a 123 out of the kitchen in no time hitter. Let's Start! You will need your white rice(make sure to wash it thoroughly) I like using about 1 and half of a small cup. Once your rice is nice and clean put a cup of water to boil. Add some salt (eyeball it, do not go to heavy because you do not want salty rice) and one tbsp of olive oil. Let it boil, until you see bubbles bubbling. I use one celery stick and I chop it up into small piece. You are almost done. Now we add your washed rice and add your chopped celery into the pot. Stir in those flavors. Put the lid on and put your heat on low and let it do it's magic.

          Make sure you keep your eye on it. If it needs water, add just a bit. And YOU ARE DONE! Celery is one of the best ways to spice up your dish and its amazing for your healthy eating. It's great for weight loss and it has so many vitamins. You are putting good points into your body, such as vitamin K, vitamin C, potassium, folate and vitamin B6. At first it was a big turn around for me but guys it is amazing. Not just the healthy benefits from this dish but how tasty it can be. It gives plain white rice an extra strike of flavor and yet so colorful and delicious. This was a small blog for the day but very healthy and informative.
