Make life easy and prepair before hand. For all moms, moms to be and girlfriends out there. I know we all have many things in our plates. We are the foundation of our home. Am I right ladies ? So how about making our way in the kitchen a bit more easier and quicker. I use to have a habit of coming home and stuffing the meat or chicken right to the fridge and than find myself everyday thinking what should I cook or how should I season my chicken. It was such a frustration after a long day, I even made it a headache to cook. Ladies now I live in peace and eat great. I only need to worry about side dishes. I am pretty sure you can manage this game plan as well all you need is a pack of zip log bags, a cabinet full of seasonings and your fresh meats. Sacrifice one night and make it happen for a full week of stress free in and out of cooking. All you need to do is put your chicken or red meat in the zip log bag and add your seasoning. Zip it and shake it up ... label it and your go...

Everyone have been loving tacos this summer. It is all over the media! Tacos are BOOMING. Let's get on with this recipe. Take your chicken and season it up. Salt and lime and stir it up. Chop up your veggies. Cilantro, tomatoes, your colorful bell peppers and avocados. Almost done! Heat up your flower tortillas and you are ready to plate. Tacos go well with sour cream and a sprinkle of lime at the end. All of these ingredients put together is like a bite of heaven in your mouth. Summer YUMS    Cook With Flavor What you will need Chicken Breast Salt  Cesar Salad Dressing Tajin  Let's get cooking Hey Guys! It is definitely getting nice and hot out. BBQ's, Picknics, ect ; you name it. We are talking Chicken QUICK AND EASY Shish Kabobs on the GO. If you want to cook them at home and go that's fine but if you want to grill them in the Park, lake or beach let's do this.  You want to take your chicken breast and cut it up to chunks not to big and not to small. Season this babe up with some salt. Do not make it to salty. Squeeze some Cesar salad dressing (eyeball it) and add some Tajin seasoning. Healthy Salmon Recipe Cook with Flavor   What you will need: Fresh salmon Sea salt black pepper basil garlic powder thyme Butter Avacado Mango Celery (optional) 1 and half green lime Cherry tomatoes Tajin Let's Get Cooking Healthy Hey Guys! This recipe is so yummy and easy. If you guys just want to just stick with the seasoned salmon; all you need to do is cut your salmon in your desired portion and wash it thoroughly. Always wash your foods before getting the good stuff in there. Now I love using sea salt recently, it just gives it that extra flavor you are looking for. Add your salt, black pepper (not to much you; you do not want to over power the other seasonings we will be adding) basil, and garlic powder. As you season your fish, just have your pan on low heat melting up some butter. I like using butter when I am making Salmon, it is just easier to flip and what not and must I say another delish flavor to your fish. Alright guys you are done if you want ...

Summer Ready "Food" Cook with Flavor What you will need:  Tajin  Salt & Pepper Red Pepper Flakes Steak seasoning (powder) Paprika  Green Lime Green Bell Peppers Pork (Boneless) Shish Kabobs Sticks Let's Get cooking: Hey guys! This is beyond the most flavored and easiest 123 out the door BBQ Summer Ready Shish Kabobs ever. You can even make these for dinner all year round. So as you see in the picture I chopped up my pork and green bell peppers and stuck them in the Kabob stick like a pattern. If you guys don't like the Green Bell peppers always substitute for the foods you like. For example you can use red potatoes, onions, even pineapple. It all sounds extremely delicious. Once all your meet and veggies are in the Kabob stick, this is the easiest part just season away with all the ingredients listed. I like to leave my seasoned Kabobs marinating over night but you can always cook them right away. BOOM! And there you have it. You are don...
