Quick & Easy Sides. Cook with Flavor What you will need: Red Keddney Beans (Can) Olive Oil Salt 1 green lime Chopped celery Let's Get Cooking. Hey Guys! This is the last Healthy Side Dishes I will be talking about this week. I hope you enjoyed the first two. This one is sooo easy and quick, lets get right into it. Open up your red Kennedy beans and wash them up. Add them to a bowl and add one table spoon of olive oil and eyeball your salt. Squeeze the lime and you will see the beans getting nice and juicy. It will taste amazing and savory. Add salt to your desired taste. Lastly, just chop up your celery into bit pieces. If you want to, this is optional. That is it guys so quick and so easy. Quick & Easy Sides. Cook with Flavor. What you will need: Brussels Sprouts Olive Oil Salt Shredded Parmesan Powdered Parmesan Let's Get Cooking. Hey Guys! I am so happy you came back for Episode number 2. Healthy Side Dish Marathon here we go. This is a 1,2,3 quick and easy dish and you will be out of your kitchen in no time. Lets get started! First thing first you want to turn on your oven and pre-heat it up to 350' Degrees. As your oven is getting all nice and hot; you want to start on seasoning your main star... Brussels Sprouts! Take your casserole dish and add your CLEAN greens. Again nice and clean. I personally like to chop up my Sprouts. I  cut of the ends and I also sometimes chop them in half but for this side dish we will only chop the ends off.. only. Add them in your casserole pan. Healthy Salmon Recipe Cook with Flavor   What you will need: Fresh salmon Sea salt black pepper basil garlic powder thyme Butter Avacado Mango Celery (optional) 1 and half green lime Cherry tomatoes Tajin Let's Get Cooking Healthy Hey Guys! This recipe is so yummy and easy. If you guys just want to just stick with the seasoned salmon; all you need to do is cut your salmon in your desired portion and wash it thoroughly. Always wash your foods before getting the good stuff in there. Now I love using sea salt recently, it just gives it that extra flavor you are looking for. Add your salt, black pepper (not to much you; you do not want to over power the other seasonings we will be adding) basil, and garlic powder. As you season your fish, just have your pan on low heat melting up some butter. I like using butter when I am making Salmon, it is just easier to flip and what not and must I say another delish flavor to your fish. Alright guys you are done if you want ...
