    Let's get cooking

Hey Guys! We are rapping it up today with a Chili Recipe that I love to make on a summer day. It is going to be a couple steps, so lets get right into it. You want to start off by heating up your pot and throwing in there all your chopped veggies (half chopped Garlic clove, half green bell pepper, half yellow onion). Put the lid on it and let it cook but do not let it stick on your pot. As for your meat. I like to use turkey ground meat. Season your meat using salt and pepper,1 tsp of garlic powder, 3 tbs of chili powder, 1 tsp of basil. Mix it all up and throw it in with your veggies. Stir it up and let it cook. As all the flavors start to mix add in your olive oil (1 tbs) you do not want to add more since the meat will let out it's own oil.

Stir it up, add your chopped tomatoes, tomato paste (3 tbs), and eyeball your hot sauce. I like to use Burmans Original Hot sauce. I find this hot sauce in Aldis.. always. Now you are ready to add in your Roman Beans and hot dog(optional)I use Goya Caned beans. Make sure to wash them before any food action. Add in your beans and hot dogs; mix them in. You want to add a bit of water. PS: Add as much more chili powder if needed and ketchup if so. Put it on a low heat and let it cook fully. Until you see it thicken up, you are good to go. I love to pair this with corn chips, french fries, or potato bread.
I love to do this recipe in the summer. This is even a great idea for a Picnic brunch at the park. I mean like this looks and tastes amazing. I hope you enjoyed this quick and easy recipe. Let me know if you tried this recipe out. Subscribe and stay tune for more blogging. Bye loves.
